Swiss Delivery Delivery is usually within 2 business days after you have placed your ordering. For shipping within Switzerland Nurévo takes care of the shipping costs. International Delivery IMPORTANT: When shipping abroad the purchaser shall assume the cost of any additional taxes and duties if applied! The delivery time is about 8-12 days within Europe and outside Europe about 12-23 days. The delivery costs within Europe are CHF 18.50 and CHF 24 - outside Europe. | Tracing For all shipments within Switzerland and most European countries, you will receive an email with tracing number to follow the whereabouts of your goods. Please note that our shipping agent does not offer tracking service to some specific countries. Returns We accept returns within 10 days after delivery to the following address: Nurévo Lessingstrasse 5 8002 Zürich Please send us a short email with the order number and the reason why you are returning the goods. After receiving the goods we will payback the full purchase amount. Please note that we reserve the right not to decline your return if the goods are not in perfect hygienic condition. | Delay Should Nurévo not be able to deliver in the time limit specified by us, the customer will immediately receive an email. Thus, the purchaser reserve the right to either cancel the purchase or accept a late delivery.
